I'm Alison Brock. My journey into health and wellness began in February 2016 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. This diagnosis prompted me to explore health and wellness more deeply. I made significant lifestyle changes and discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), which revolutionised my approach to healing. Today, as a certified EFT practitioner, integrative health coach, meditation teacher, and yoga teacher, I am dedicated to helping others manage stress and discover their purpose.
