If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your responsibilities as a mother, sit quietly and begin tapping on the acupressure points while concentrating on this feeling of overwhelm. As you tap, verbally acknowledge the emotion with statements like, “Even though I feel overwhelmed by my responsibilities, I deeply and completely accept myself.” 

This process helps to address and release the emotional block, restoring balance to your energy system and enabling you to connect more deeply with your inner self.

Enhancing self-awareness involves gaining a deeper understanding of your true desires, values, and goals. EFT facilitates this by prompting you to confront and process your emotions.
